Great customer service, soon as I walked in. I was greeted at the door with a “Welcome to Burgerfi. The cashier started to take my order and and made sure to answer all my questions about what all comes with what. The food also tasted amazing, 10/10 would recommend
This location took such good care of me and my business partners. We’re from fort myers and our burgerfi is much smaller but Jay has done such a good job taking care of us and our order.

After hearing about Burger Fi from several friends I finally got to experience it! Magnificent! The bacon cheeseburger was by far one of the best I’ve had in ages. The bacon perfectly cooked, the burger lean and juicy the bun toasted perfectly! The quality was that of New York Restaurant. I look forward to Returning with the wife and children!

It’s a great burger. Good tasting patty, fresh ingredients and delicious bread. The Burgerfi Burger is a classic cheeseburger well done. Got the BBQ RODEO BURGER and that is a unit! For me the best part was the combination of the Crispy Haystack Onions with the sweetness of the barbecue. I added bacon, but I wouldn’t do it again, it isn’t necessary.
I’d heard some mixed things about burgerfi but still decided to try it anyways. The food was tasty. But the star the show was cashier/employee Natalya. She greeted my group and I with a smile and excitedly helped us with our order. When our fries were not up to our standards she happily assisted us with fixing the issue. One of the best interactions I’ve had with a restaurant employee in a long time! She deserves a raise!!
Loved BurgerFi! Despite being originally apprehensive by the title due to me being a vegetarian, the cashier, Natalya, guided be toward all the best vegan options!

I do not usually like burgers, but today I was craving one bad. And Natalya, the loveliest cashier I have ever experienced, made it happen for me. With an air of diligence and southern hospitality she guided me through the selection BurgerFi carried (as I am usually cripplingly indecisive) and I chose my meal with certainty and excitement-which ended up being as delicious as she had described. Casual dining experiences can be so apathetic these days, but Natalya brought me back to an era of superb customer service. That girl deserves a raise!!

Jay was amazinggggg funny and informative. He provided us a great experience in the short time me and my friend Donald were there. The food was cooked to perfection and satisfied us tremendously. Give that man a raise!!!! I’ll definitely be coming back.
