Today was my first time at this location and I had the best experience. The young lady at the register Was so polite. Not only was she able to handle the register but she also maintained the cleanliness of the dining area. Shantoy was able to multitask with no issues. And the gentleman in the kitchen did a great job with my order. The food was very good. I hope that this location continues to provide great customer service and great food. I Was just grateful to be treated so well while spending my money because in south Florida it doesn’t happen often. Shantoy I hope to one day see you in a management position. BurgerFi Miramar is always a great choice, but this visit was especially memorable. The burgers were juicy and full of flavor, and the chicken tenders were crispy and perfectly seasoned—definitely a hit! What really stood out was the amazing service. Desha was fantastic with my 7-year-old son—so kind, patient, and engaging. It made the whole experience even better. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for families and burger lovers alike!
Absolutely incredible—easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The Wagyu burger was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and served hot and fast. And the price? Totally worth it. A must-try!

I had an excellent experience at BurgerFi in Miramar! From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. My server, Shantoy, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 6 months and I always have a great experience. Desha has taken care of us as if we were family. The food is always hot and fresh and the restaurant is always clean. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a tasty burger. For someone who suffers from allergies, Desha made sure to help me find the perfect burger to enjoy. I will definitely come back to this location. ☺️
Tbh l have been to other locations, and it's been a lackluster experience. Today change my opinion. The burger was done right, and everything was nice and hot. I came in 30 minutes to close and often you get an attitude at other places like you are and inconvenience. They went above and beyond and I credit Jerbrill (sp?) but he was a good guy. Made me feel welcome, brought my food and drinks right to my table right away and is very courteous. Really will come back again after his great personality and manner. He is a great asset to Burger Fi. Everyone seems to be welcoming here, but he is top notch. Looking forward to coming back again.

The burgers are one of the best ever and The Oreo shake was supreme. The fries are honestly mediocre at best so I would recommend going for the sweet potatoes instead. Overall it was great and we use the spot as a fundraising event for the school.
